Lotus Yoga was founded by sisters Lisa and Sara Toggle in 2008 after years of study with legendary yoga masters. In addition to their advanced yoga certifications, Lisa holds a degree in exercise science, and Sara has worked as a registered nurse specializing in asthma care.
Today, Lotus Yoga is a neighborhood institution. In 2015, Lotus took over an adjoining storefront to build a cooking studio for nutrition classes (and the occasional community dinner party).
